Developer Insomniac Games has a number of well-respected exclusive titles under its belt, including thefast-sellingMarvel’s Spider-Man, the dormantRatchet & Clankfranchise, and 2014’s Xbox One exclusiveSunset Overdrive. Further, some Insomniac andSunset Overdrivefans believe that the Xbox One title will be hitting the PlayStation 4 at some point.
BeforeSony had purchased the developer, Insomniac Games' last big title on a Microsoft platform was the aforementionedSunset Overdrive. At the time, it was considered one of the Xbox One’s killer apps, though little has been heard on the game or the franchise since beyond its 2018 PC port.
