Whilst you investigate the warrant notice, an NPC named Dr. Woodrow will approach you for a discussion. This will eventually lead you to checkyour mailboxfor a letter fromLollo Logistics.

How To Survive The Burn Effect
Counteracting the Burn effect is only possible by using the various structures around the area. This is very similar to the children’s game known as “The Floor is Lava,” in which touching the floor is forbidden. As long as you hop onto items and structures and don’t stay on the ground for too long, you’ll be able to survive.
In addition to the burn effect, there are multipleTacet Discords (TDs)in the area. Since close-range combat will be difficult, you should equip Pistol users like Chixiai or Mortefi in your party to get rid of any troublesome ones.
Battling The Inferno Rider
You will eventually navigate to Mimika’s touchpad, where the Inferno Rider will be waiting. Keep in mind thatyou canonly use the Roverduring this fight. This will be a short fight, because as soon as the Inferno Rider puts up anunbreakable shield, it will automatically end.
Search For The SOS
After following the quest navigation, talk to Mimika to find out that there is indeed a person stranded in the Sea of Flames. Mimika will be near thePort City of Guixu Resonance Nexus. Teleport to the entrance of the Sea of Flames and head inside the Abandoned Research Facility to find Yuni.

The Shooting Puzzle
You need to complete all stages of this puzzle to gain the trust of the Exiles. This will be a shooting puzzle where players will interact with a cannon and must hit a set number of targets within a limited time. This puzzle comes in three waves. After winning each round, you can talk to the rest of Yuni’s allies.
The quest navigation will show you where the next Abandoned Research Facility is. It will be located near the Resonance Nexus, where you will have to fight some Exile mobsters. Talk to the good Exiles, and they will point you in the direction of the next part of this sub-quest: the flamethrower puzzle.
The Fire Thrower Puzzle
Completing this puzzle will require theuse of the Levitatorin your Utility box. Players need to fix the broken pipe that is divided between the three rooms. The middle room is the one that houses the flaming device, so if you ever get confused, use that as a marker. The puzzle hasthree L-shaped pipes and two straight ones:
After activating the puzzle, you can claim the rewards before heading on to the next mission.
Pressure Plate Puzzle
For this one, you will have to defeat some Exile mobsters at another camp and retrieve a filter. Defeating the mobsters will activate a pressure plate. As soon as you stand on the first one, four more will appear, and you’ll have to complete the challenge within 30 seconds.Use the grappling hooksso that you don’t waste time climbing. Once you reach the end, attack the training dummy and hack into the system. The solution to the puzzle can be found in the image above.
Explosive Barrel Puzzle
Next, head to a markersouthwest in the Sea of Flamesand find the wounded Exiles. This mission is relatively simple, as Rovers just need to test out the Explosive Spear Barrels. Exchange the filter from the previous mission with the Exiles to gain access to the Barrels. Unfortunately, the Barrels are located in a field of Incinero Petals, so your characters will burn the entire time.
There are multiple Barrels scattered across the field, and only three of them are the ones you’re looking for. The Qualified Barrels are marked on the map, but getting to them is tough. You need tobreak all the Barrels you run into,because it provides you with immunity against the burn effect. Thecorrect Barrels will not break when hit, so once you have found them, move on to the next lot. Beware of the Tacet Discords in the area.
Explosive Spear Testing In Sea Of Flames
Follow the quest marker until you once again have to go to the Sea of Flames to test out the spears. There will bethree Sound Emulatorsthat you must guard. Each one will attract TDs, and the only way to get rid of them is using the Explosive Spears.
You can do this with the help of theLevitatorfunction in the Utility box, which will allow players to pick up the Spears and throw them at the TDs. The plus side of this mission is that players will not need to step onto the field of Incinero Petals. You can stay at an elevated height and throw each spear in the direction of the enemies.
Only sword users work on the spears.
How To Defeat The Inferno Rider
After following through with the navigation and story, you will eventually come to a point where you need to fight the Inferno Rider. It might help to eat some ATK-boosting food before entering the fight, asthis boss is pretty tough to defeat.
After winning the fight, absorb the Echo and transform into the Inferno Rider. You will need to ride the Echo until the end of the Gravity Storm.There are three things you need to keep in mind during this challenge:
Once this challenge is complete, the Incinero Petals will vanish from the Sea of Flames, and exploration in this area will be much easier. Head back to Jinzhou and talk to the necessary NPCs to complete the quest. You can now farm the Inferno Rider any time you want, and use its mount to traverse the planet.
