Steam has a variety of sales eventsplanned for this year as usual, including FPS Fest in mid-April, Farming Fest in late April, and Next Fest in June. For those who already own the base version ofPalworld, its separate soundtrack is on sale as well, which can be purchased for about $5 at 10% off. The discounts for all threePalworldoptions end on March 21 along with the conclusion of Steam’s Spring Sale.
Palworld Is Discounted During Steam’s Summer Sale
AlthoughPalworldhasn’t been able to maintain the massive player numbers seen shortly after launch, developer Pocket Pair has made it clear that the game will receive consistent updates well into the future. Pocket Pair recently revealedPalworld’s first raid, which is without a release date but is “coming soon.” The raid adds a new boss, known as Bellanoir, who features a unique, ethereal design. However, its appearance is likely misleading, as users will need to defeat Bellanoir in a presumably difficult battle to complete the raid.
Pocket Pair CEO Takuro Mizobe recently confirmed that the company is exploringPalworldcoming to additional platforms. Pocket Pair is apparently already in talks for such a thing, but Mizobe refrained from naming any specific platforms. The likely targets would be PlayStation or Switch; however, this is only speculation at this point.
Palworldplayers who want to try out new features as early as possible can apply to joinPalworld’s new Closed Testing group. This program is only available to Steam users who meet certain hardware requirements and have a working knowledge of the English and Japanese languages.
