Being the first game in the franchise to change genres,Pokemon Legends: Arceuscaused a stir when it was announced it would be an open-world title. However, three weeks after release, it can safely be said thatPokemon Legends: Arceusis a smash hit, already sporting the highest sales of anyPokemongame released on the Switch.
Because of its open-world nature, many amazing moments and events can occur in the game, such asbeing able to feed Magikarp inPokemon Legends: Arceus. Along with events like this, the game offers a wide diversity of features, such as numerous Pokemon to capture and new outfits to try on.

New outfits have taken the game by storm as the customization options are quite diverse. While one player decided tomodel theirPokemon Legends: Arceuscharacter after Naruto, another player took some inspiration from a genre of gaming much darker than ninjas or Pokemon.
That genre is horror, and thoughaPokemon Legends: ArceusZubat jumpscarecan be a bit startling, the dark tones ofResident Evil Villageare much more horrifying. However, that didn’t stop Reddit user KashaCat_YT from modeling their character and Pokemon team after Karl Heisenberg, one of the main antagonists ofResident Evil Village. For those that do not know Heisenberg, he is a strong character that uses magnetism to both attack and to create; he tries to use this power to fight as well as craft an army of mechanical creatures.
These themes fit perfectly with KashaCat_YT’s look and team. Though the outfit is not very close to Heisenberg’s dark clothing and trench coat, KashaCat_YT managed to nail the signature hat and colors of Heisenberg’s outfit as well as his glasses. As for the team, one can imagine Heisenberg wielding a similar squad considering every Pokemon on the team is a steel type. However, considering Heisenberg’s dark, cruel nature, the Wormadam and Hisuian Goodra feel out of place due to their cuter appearances. Perhaps KashaCat_YT could replace them with some more menacing steel types like Bronzong and Bastiodon.
Regardless of team discrepancies, KashaCat_YT’s portrayal and team are a strong representation of Heisenberg. Though perhaps not as menacing asaPokemon Legends: ArceusAlpha Ursaring attack, their team contains some formidable competitive Pokemon that could stand against many challenges. Make sure not to go against any ground types, though; most of the team will take a hefty amount of damage from the type.
