The Persona 5 Royal Crossover’s Contents
As is often the case withWar of the Visions: FFBEupdates, thePersona 5 Royalevent contains several bonus playable characters.ThePersona 5protagonist Jokerjoins the game, wielding his starting Persona Arsene. Players will also be able to obtain Makoto Niijima, also known as Queen, the Nuclear-damage dealing brain of the Phantom Thieves. While both of these characters are part of the originalPersona 5,the crossover also notably includes Kasumi Yoshizawa,Persona 5 Royal’s new addition to the Phantom Thieves, also known as Violet. All three Phantom Thieves are Ultra Rare units with a unit cost of 90; Joker’s element is Dark, Queen’s is Lightning, and Violet’s is Light.
Aside from these new characters,War of the Visions: FFBEfans can look forward to missions that take them to certain sections ofPersona 5’s Metaverse where players will battlesome Persona5 Royalbosses. These Metaverse Fragments include an encounter with Shadow Kamoshida, Shadow Kaneshiro, and Shadow Sae in their respective Palaces. EvenWar of the Visions: FFBEfans unfamiliar with thePersonafranchise will want to check out these missions, since eachPersona 5has a strong aesthetic that inspires a range of unique mechanics.

Although the crossover lasts until May 31st after starting on April 27th, fans should look into thePersona 5 Royalevent sooner rather than later. Logging in daily during the event can earn fans all kinds of special bonuses, including a free Queen and unit shards for all three of the incoming Phantom Thieves. Between these bonuses and the event’s many other features, theWar of the Visions: FFBEcrossover seems like ideal forPersonafans and non-fans alike. It’s a shame that not all the Phantom Thieves will joinWar of the Visions,but consideringjust how many Phantom Thieves there are, that would’ve been a tall task.
