Many of these projects were highlighted in the latest Nintendo Direct presentation, which Nintendo used to announce some of these games for the first time. As detailed by Nintendo, Switch owners haveDetective Pikachu Returnsto look forward to on October 6,Super Mario Bros. Wonderon October 20,WarioWare: Move Iton November 3, andSuper Mario RPGon November 17. As far as 2024 goes, Nintendo has theLuigi’s Mansion: Dark Moonremake in the pipeline, as well as thenew Princess Peach game, which is currently without an official title. Nintendo also listed the long-awaitedMetroid Prime 4as coming to the Switch, though it’s been stuck with a vague TBA release date.
