Summary
Tailed Beasts are powerful masses of chakra that exist in theNarutoworld and have done so for centuries upon centuries. Often, to harness the power of these Tailed Beasts, they are sealed within individuals who end upbecoming their vessels, called Jinchuriki.

It is incredibly difficultfor a Jinchuriki to control their Tailed Beast, however, in extremely rare cases, a Jinchuriki and a Tailed Beast can form a bond. This bond can be imperfect in some cases and perfect in others. Either way, it offers Tailed Beast control to the Jinchuriki, which is an incredible asset to any village.
Note: This list only includes the Jinchuriki of the nine Tailed Beasts, excluding the Ten-Tails.
7Yugito Nii
Yugito Nii belonged to Kumagakore and was an incredibly powerful Jinchuriki of the Two Tails. It is believed that she trained extremely hard to harness the powers of her Tailed Beast, however, she never reached full control over its abilities.
Yugito could still transform into Matatabi at will, as seen when she was approached by Hidan and Kakuzu. This suggests that she had partial control over her Tailed Beast, at the very least. Her transformation would then give her access to Fire Release and an incredible amount of chakra, which she would then go on to use in her many battles.
6Roshi
Recently, in theMinato one shot,fans got to see the Jinchuriki transformation of Roshi. Much to the surprise of the fans, Roshi could actually manipulate the powers of his Tailed Beast to quite a decent degree. While he doesn’t appear to be a perfect Jinchuriki, given how his relationship with his Tailed Beast, Son Goku, was, Roshi certainly could manifest the chakra head of his Tailed Beast and even used the Tailed Beast Bomb, which is the ultimate technique of any Tailed Beast.
Having this much control over the powers of a tailed beast without actually being a Perfect Jinchuriki is unheard of. However, fans can assume that he had partial-tailed beast control, at the very least.
5Han
Hun was the Jinchuriki of the Five Tails, Kukuo, and just like Roshi,fans got a glimpse of him in theMinato one shot.Han could also manipulate the powers of his Tailed Beast to quite an extent in the Minato one shot.He could form a chakra ahead of his Tailed Based and use a Tailed Based Ball at will.

This also suggests a decent degree of mastery over the powers of the Tailed Beast. While he doesn’t appear to be a perfect Jinchuriki, fans can assume that he had partial control over the powers of his Tailed Beast, at the very least.
4Yagura
Yagura Karachi was the Fourth Mizukage of Kirigakure and one of the strongest shinobi in their history. He was the Jinchuriki of the Three Tails, Isobu. Yagura had immense control over his Tailed Beast. In fact, he was one of the only few Perfect Jinchuriki seen in theNarutoseries.
This means that he could utilize most powers of a Tailed Beast and do so at his will, whenever he wanted. Sadly, Yagura ended up dying and his Tailed Beast was extracted from him, which ended up fueling the rebirth of the 10 Tails.
3Killer Bee
Killer Bee is the Jinchuriki of the Eight-Tails, Gyuki. Bee managed to tame Gyuki against all odds and became the first Perfect Jinchuriki of this Tailed Beast. His powers as the perfect Jinchuriki of the Eight-Tails were great enough to completelyoverwhelm Sasuke Uchihaand the entirety of the Taka in a battle.
What’s more, he could even hold his own against multiple Tailed Beasts at once, which just goes to show his immense control over this power. Of course, Bee could also use the powerful Tailed Beast Bomb and he also had some other ink-related abilities up his sleeve.
2Minato Namikaze
Minato Namikaze was the Fourth Hokage of Konohaand he sealed the Yin half of Kurama inside himself before dying. When he was reanimated in the Fourth Great Ninja War, Minato still held Kurama within himself and, thus, became its Jinchuriki. Much to the surprise of everyone, Minato managed to tame Kurama within a matter of minutes and accessed the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode easily.
This boosted his already incredible powers which were comparable to the First Hokage to an entirely different level. Minato became extremely overpowered as the Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails and, so far, he’s one of the strongest Jinchuriki to have ever existed.
1Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto Uzumaki is the protagonist of theNarutoseries and the man who goes on to become the Seventh Hokage of his village. Naruto had the Yang half of Kurama sealed within himself upon birth while Kurama was against him for the vast majority of his time in theNarutoseries, eventually, Naruto went on to conquer the hatred in its heart and formed a very solid bond with him.
The two become incredibly close and thus, Naruto became the Perfect Jinchuriki of the Nine Tails. With the power of Kurama at his side, Naruto became nigh unstoppable in combat. Eventually, he also formed a bond with all other Tailed Beasts and they offered a portion of their chakra to him, making him akin to the 10 Tails Jinchuriki.
