NetherRealm Studios continues to show tremendous dedication to one of the best fighting games of last year,Mortal Kombat 11. Following therelease of its Aftermath DLC in May, the latest entry in the classic fighter franchise announced that multiple skin packs would be coming as additional content over the course of the year. Now NetherRealm has given players their first look at the next skin pack coming on August 25: the Klassic Femme Fatale Skin Pack.

The Klassic Femme Fatale Skin Pack is now the second of three skins packs that NetherRealm would be bringing toMortal Kombat 11. On August 6, the game got its first wave of cosmetic DLC with the Summer Heat Skin Pack. This collection gave players new looks for Baraka, Kitana, and Erron Black, letting the characters don outfits with a fun summer motif.

Players can look forward to acquiring their next round of outfits on August 25 when the Klassic Femme Fatale pack is released. This new DLC is a group of costumes for Jade, Kitana, and Skarlet that will allow players to reminisce of when these awesome ladies were first introduced to the franchise. Unfortunately, these skins will do nothing to satiateMileena fans' hunger for her inclusion inMortal Kombat 11in some capacity.

In addition to debuting the first look at the Femme Fatale pack, NetherRealm continued to tease its Halloween themed skin pack, titled the All Hallows' Eve Skin Pack. This will beMortal Kombat 11’s second Halloween skin pack since the game released in April 2019. Last year’s holiday DLC pack featured such outfits asWicked Witch Jade, Psyko Killer Kabal, and Calavera Liu Kang.

While some players are still obsessed withMortal Kombat 11, others are wondering when they could possibly see the next entry in theInjusticeseries. The DC Comics fighting game series saw massive success with the launch ofInjustice 2in 2017. Recently, it was confirmed that Ed Boon, game director for bothMortal KombatandInjustice, would be a guest at theupcoming DC FanDome event, leading many to speculate ifInjustice 3could be announced soon.

However, there is still the possibility that Boon won’t talk aboutInjusticeat all at the DC FanDome. In May, Geoff Keighley interviewed Boon as part of the Summer Game Fest. In the interview, Boon hinted that NetherRealm Studios hasother projects in development outside of theInjusticeandMortal Kombatfranchises. While it’s currently unknown what these projects could be, there’s no doubt that players will be excited for whatever NetherRealm tries out next.

Mortal Kombat 11is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, Switch, and Xbox One.
