Recently, one creative fan decided to build a structure based on the popular gameTerraria.

Released over a decade ago,Terrariais an action-adventure sandbox game that, likeMinecraft, has managed to remain popular since its release. In some respects,Terrariais a 2D counterpart toMinecraft, sharing several of the same gameplay mechanics. One popular building design was to convert hollow trees into treehouses with many interconnecting rooms.

In a Reddit post, a user known as Ianishch revealed a newMinecraftbuild based on a treehouse fromTerraria. The image shared by the creator showcased a towering tree rising high above the other vegetation on the horizon. The interior of the tree was hollow and contained many different passages all intricately detailed. In addition, the creator managed to split the image in half revealing what the design looked like in the day as well as at night. One particular feature to note was the moon hanging from the tree on the night side of the image.

This impressive build took the creator a significant amount of work to finish. According to Ianishch, the entire project lasted 100Minecraftdays and 33.3 hours in real life. The creation from Ianishch has become a hit with theMinecraftcommunity on Reddit. With nearly 1,200 upvotes, many fans believed that the builder nailed the look of the treehouse fromTerraria. Some even compared the quality of the build to the level found on Hermitcraft, a privateMinecraftserver for content creators.

It’s exciting to see games such asMinecraftgive players so many different options when it comes to gameplay. While some might want to try the challenging modes of Survival and Hardcore, others can use Creative mode to make all sorts of amazing structures such as theBolshoi Theater fromCivilization 6. Furthermore, the game also features servers that introduce even more game modes to play with friends.

With this treehouse design behind them, it will be interesting to see what Ianishch decides to build next. Perhaps they will look to reverse the roles and recreate something from thevast open world ofMinecraftin the world ofTerraria.
