Mattel,Minecraft, and CycloneDesigns are teaming up to launch the newMinecraftCreator Series Camp EnderwoodDLC map. Mattel has been releasingMinecraftfigures through itsMinecraftCreator Series since last year, giving fans the chance to collect detailed figures of variousMinecraftcharacters and items.
Minecrafthas been a booming success for the past decade, becoming one of the highest-grossing and best-selling video games of all time. Beyond its virtually infinite replay value, a big reason whyMinecrafthas had such incredible longevity is because of the steady stream of new content that’s released for the game on a regular basis. Regularfree updates have added significant new content toMinecraftover the years, and luckily for fans, theMinecraft Creator Series Camp EnderwoodDLC will also be a free download.

Available starting January 31, theMinecraft Creator Series Camp EnderwoodDLC is free foranyone withMinecraft: Bedrock Edition. It givesMinecraftplayers the chance to explore the titular Camp Enderwood, which has a variety of characters to interact with and mini-games to conquer, all fitting the DLC’s summer camp theme. Some of the activities on offer include marshmallow roasting, arts and crafts, horseback riding, archery, trampolining, disco dancing, and a scavenger hunt.Camp Enderwoodwill be a permanent DLC with plans on expanding it with a new update at some point this fall.
TheCamp EnderwoodDLC is being made in collaboration withtoy company Mattel, and so it will have its own line of toys to match. Mattel plans on releasing half of theCamp Enderwoodcharacter figures this spring, with the rest launching in the summer. Toy collectors andMinecraftfans should note that theCamp Enderwoodline of theMinecraft Creator Seriesis separated into three categories: Camp Enderwood Singles ($9.99), Camp Enderwood Expansion Packs ($19.99), and the Mount Enderwood Yeti Scare Storypack ($31.99).
The Camp Enderwood singles come with a camper figure and a set of accessories, with the first wave featuring Glamper (Puppy Purse), Camp Rockstar (Ripped Jeans), and Top Athlete (Varsity Jacket). In the meantime, the Camp Enderwood Expansion Packs come with Swamp Monster, Moth Creature, and accessories. And finally, the Yeti Scare Storypack comes with the Avid Adventurer figure with Camp Enderwood hoodie, night vision goggles, and a parka, as well as the Yeti, who has two different forms (full fur Yeti mode and incognito), and a fireplace with roasting marshmallows. All the figures come with codes thatMinecraftplayerscan redeem for items they can use to further customize theirMinecraft Creator Series Camp Enderwoodgaming experience.
Between the toys from Mattel and in-game content coming toMinecraft, fans of the survival game have plenty to look forward to with theCamp EnderwoodDLC.Minecraftfans should be able to access the DLC today, though the toys with their codes will have to wait until later this spring.
Minecraftis available now for mobile devices, PC, PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and legacy platforms. TheMinecraft Creator Series Camp EnderwoodDLC launches January 31.
