Updated on May 7th, 2023 by Hodey Johns:Human life remains the most consistent standard of progress in Little Alchemy 2. Gamers will eventually get a human by simple trial and error but that involves many wasted resources and a lot of guessing and checking. Instead of trial and error, it’s better to know how to make a human ahead of time and go straight for it. This guide has been updated with step-by-step instructions on how to make a human when starting from nothing at all. If players do have some materials to start with, the steps are in order so that they can start midway through. Also, two sections about inferior alternatives to making humans and what to do with humans have been added.

Simplest Way To Make A Human
First, make Clay inLittle Alchemy 2by following step one until step four. Then, make Life as instructed by step five until twelve. Afterward, combine the Clay and Life to create a Human.
Alternative Human Recipes
There are other ways to make a Human, but some of them require Humans themselves to be available. For example, Animal + Tool creates a Human, but Human is needed to make Tool. As an alternative, players candiscover 100 elements to unlock a unique item, Time. Then, combine Animal and Time to create a Human. This is a very regressive way to go about it, though.

If players are considering making a Human via Monkey, then they should give up on the idea. The tree animal requires Tree + Animal to be created. In total, a Monkey needs around 30 steps to discover. This is a lot longer than the steps of making a Human. Furthermore, making a Monkey also demands Alchemists to have a Human available, so it’s pointless to go through this route.
Unique Human Recipes
Humans can be used to create many things. Most of them involve a job. For example, Human + Dough will create a Baker. While the rest of the combinations should be left for Alchemists to figure out, here are some interesting ones that they may miss:
These types of recipes make this a big reason why thisIndie game is such a great success story.
