To get Runeshards inDiablo 4, complete Tier 46 Nightmare Dungeon and unlock access to thePit of the Artificer. To accomplish this, you need toreach World Tier 4, after which you will automatically receive the necessary quest requiring you to complete Tier 46 Nightmare Dungeon. The good news is that you can choose any dungeon you want, which makes completing the quest easier.
