Experiencing their journey will reward players with theDaughtersticker for chapter 11 of the Dreamscape Pass, Dreamchaser, and an achievement calledThe Planet Of Festivities and Six Alfalfa Credits, which rewards five Stellar Jades.
Father-Daughter Duo Wesley And Penelope Locations In Honkai: Star Rail
The first location for Wesley andPenelope is atThe Reverie (Reality). Travel to theHotel Lobby Space Anchor, and listen to how they just arrived in Penacony, and how luxurious the place is. Here, you’ll learn that Wesley and Penelope have to save for many years to be able to afford the trip to Penacony. The father-daughter duo is here to find Wesley’s love, Charlotte, who left for Penacony to pursue her dream.
Next, head toGolden HourinHonkai: Star Rail. Use the eastern Space Anchor,Oti Mall, then run north to find Wesley and Penelope asking someone about Charlotte’s whereabouts. Sadly, the man doesn’t know, but he heard rumors about a place where artists gather under The Family’s command.
Go to the place the man alludes to, which isDream’s EdgeinHonkai: Star Rail. The place is off-limits to guests, which is why the man in Golden Hour only heard rumors about it. Here, Dreamweavers are building the area as an expansion for guests in the future. Sadly, Wesley and Penelope still don’t find Charlotte, despite the effort they make to reach Penacony.

Listen to their conversation and experience the heartbreak of reality, where people are often torn between dreams and family. Here, Wesley literally fades away, and Penelope has to exit the dream to reunite with her father in reality.
Witness the ending of Wesley and Penelope’s story by returning toThe Reverie (Reality). Use theVIP Lounge Space Anchor, then head north to the hotel lobby. Afterward, go west to find Penelope and a housekeeper. Here, you’ll learn that Penelope is going to stay in Penacony and work there so that she can stay in contact with her mother, in the hope that one day, Charlotte’s frozen heart will thaw, and the family can be whole again.
