Seeing Fonteno getting this hyped up over seeing theGrand Theft Auto 6trailer begs the question whether Frankin Clinton will be in the game in any capacity. TheGTAgames have typically made small references to past protagonists in the series, but to have Franklin serve a central role would be another thing entirely. If this does turn out to be the case, one also must wonder ifGTA 5co-leads Trevor and Michael will appear as well. However, having all threeGTA 5protagonists involved inGrand Theft Auto 6seems unlikely, as the series has always been about telling new stories with all-new characters. If Franklin does make even a small appearance inGTA 6,he likely won’t be part of the game’s big debut reveal next month. It’s also possible that Fonteno has nothing at all to do withGrand Theft Auto 6, and that he was shown the trailer early as an alum of the franchise and a part of theGTAfamily.

When In December Can Fans Expect The GTA 6 Trailer?

Geoff Keighley’sThe Game Awards are going live on December 7, but Rockstar has historically done its major reveals on its own terms. The studio’s 25-year anniversary is on December 10, and with Sam Houser confirmingGTA 6’s trailer for early December, it’s not outside the realm of possibility for it to drop on Rockstar’s own anniversary. Whatever the case may be, fans ofGrand Theft Autoonly have a few more weeks to wait for the official reveal of the franchise’s sixth mainline installment.
