Genshin Impacthas a large audience which makes it not as too surprising that new tricks are always being discovered, such as a surprisingly effective puzzle-solving strategy involving Yae Miko.
Genshin Impactupdate 2.5 officially added the long-awaited Electro catalyst user Yae Miko to the playable roster, and players have already started experimenting when it comes to choosing the right team composition and exploring the world. Her unique playstyle allows her to fit in mostGenshin Impactparties.

An interesting video posted by Reddit user named Kaguya-Shinomiya on the game’s official subreddit features the recently released Yae Miko solving a world puzzle without much effort.Yae Miko’s elemental skillallows her to dash a short distance, leaving behind a Sesshou Sakuras that deal Electro damage periodically. This allows Yae to solve this Electo-based puzzle by randomly activating the puzzle’s statues and eventually applying the right pattern.
Her unique playstyle allows for a lot of creativity when it comes to beating down opponents. However, even though there was a lot of hype around Yae Miko, her fans had to settle with the fact that she’s just a decent character. One of her greatest advantages is that she’s really easy to use as she doesn’t need a specific artifact set. While it’s highly likely that theupcomingGenshin Impactupdateswill bring a new set that suits her playstyle, for now, players have to settle with hybrid sets that have decent bonuses.
Multiple leaks that had been hinting that she’s a main DPS character were quickly debunked once she officially joined the playable roster. This is why most players will most likely shy away from pulling for her, especially since Hoyoverse confirmed the arrival of anotherfan-favoriteGenshin Impactcharacter Raiden Shogunwho is scheduled to receive her first banner re-run.
Raiden Shogun has become an essential part of most team compositions, especially in the current meta. Most five-stars are required to be pulled numerous times tobuild up their constellationsin order to awake their full potential, like Xiao or Childe. Luckily that is not the case with Raiden Shogun since the difference between C0 and C6 is not as big for her, as for most other characters. Regardless, it seems like those with Yae Miko could have a much easier time solving puzzles, giving her a bit more value.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5 with a Switch version in development.
