A new post on theGenshin ImpactLeaks subreddit has given more details about the complete kit forHydro Archon Furina. According to the leak, Furina’s kit will revolve around a stacking system that is tied to her HP which makes sense since she’s a Hydro user. Recovering HP will buff her healing effects and losing HP will enhance her elemental damage. Furina’s Elemental Skill will make her throw out a small animal that will apparently be the main source of her off-field damage. This creature will provide different effects depending on the type of attacks the active character is using.

However, unlike other similar skills that are usuallytied to types of elemental damage, this one will depend on whether the characters are using their Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks. According to the post, Furina’s Elemental Burst, will provide a damage buff and provide Hydro infusion. The leak also mentions that the Hydro Archon will have the ability to drain HP from her whole team, but she also loses health while on the field and this interaction will be tied to her damage multipliers.

A lot of fans seem excited to see how this mechanic works since it’s unusual forGenshin Impactcharactersto negatively the HP of her team members. However, it should be noted that these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt since her official release is probably still months away.

When it comes to Furina’s exact release date, HoYoverse confirmed that she won’t be part of the upcomingGenshin Impactupdate 4.1, which will feature two new catalyst users, Neuvillette and Wriothesley. Going by previous rumors, Travelers can expect Furina to join the playable roster in version 4.2 which, according to the game’s usual update schedule, should arrive around early November.

Genshin Impactis available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
