The reason why the Summer update is such a big deal is because it usually includes tons of new content due to the fact that Epic Games employees will go on a month-long break after its release. The following patch will only be released on July 23, which is why this update tends to bring so manyadditions toFortnite; for four full weeks, gamers won’t get any more content besides scheduled quests.
