Fortnitefans know the drill. Every week, a new batch of challenges is added to the game. These offer plenty of rewards for completing various side-objectives during the regular battle royale gameplay, while keeping things from getting too repetitive. This continues in Week 3 ofFortniteChapter 2 Season 1 with the latest batch of challenges, Forged in Slurp.

Given that it’s only been ten days since the game added its new map and new game mechanics, there’s still plenty for players to discover, from upgrading weapons tohuntingFortnite’s elusive Mythic Goldfish. Like the New World and Open Water challenges before them, the Forged in Slurp challenges encourage players to explore more of the game’s new features, but this time they’re going to need a little more familiarity with the map if they want all of the rewards.

Forged In Slurp Challenges

First off, here are all of the Forged in Slurp challenges:

Forged In Slurp Challenge Locations

Some of the locations mentioned in the list above might not be familiar to those who haven’t explored all ofFortniteChapter 2’s map yet, which could make completing their challenges pretty difficult. But they’re all actually pretty easy to find once players know where to look. For the fourth challenge, players will find the Compact Cars near the river west of Dirty Docks, Lockie’s Lighthouse on the big island northwest of Pleasant Park, and the Weather Station on the snowy mountain east of Misty Meadows.

The E.G.O. outposts in the seventh challenge will be a little harder to find, as these base-like structures are scattered all around the outer region of the map, though some are close to points of interest like Dirty Docks, Holly Hedges, and Lazy Lake. But since the challenges calls for getting eliminations at these locations, it may be quicker and easier to just go to Retail Row instead, since the option is there.

Lastly, the eighth challenge will require players to know what Landmarks are. These are essentially smaller points of interest that aren’t highlighted by name on the mini-map, meaning new players won’t know where to find them. Luckily for them, Game Rant knowswhere to find 10 ofFortnite’s Landmarks.

Forged In Slurp Rewards

Fortnite Chapter 2 is keeping things simpler when it comes to rewarding players for completing challenges than in Chapter 1. This time around, every challenge grants players 14,000 XP, and that’s it, but that goes a long way towards cutting down on the grind.

As with the last two challenge sets, completing eight of the Forged in Slurp challenges will unlock the set’s special loading screen. This is less a reward and more a key to completing the eleventh challenge, as it hints at whereWeek 3’s hidden collectible, the “R” in “Fortnite,”can be found.
