The bizarre run was completed by YouTuber Nerbit, who beat the game from start to finish while playing as a radscorpion. These beasts are usuallyenemies inFallout 4, but through the power of modding Nerbit has managed to turn them into a protagonist instead. The video itself is hilarious, and there’s something undeniably brilliant about seeing a radscorpion using a Pip-Boy while hunting for their long-lost human son. It culminates with the finale ofFallout 4, as the radscorpion pushes the button to nuke the Institute.
Nerbit is one of the more popular challenge-run creators on YouTube, with his videos having a particular focus on Bethesda titles. Just recently, NerbitbeatFallout: New Vegaswhile roleplaying as Ronald Reagan, and it seems he has more on the way soon. At the end of his radscorpion run, Nerbit confirms that the focus of his next run will be to completeFallout 4while playing as a molerat. This should represent a more difficult challenge than the radscorpion, as molerats are much weaker opponents in the game, so it will be interesting to see if he can get it done.
