Early Access Date and Platforms
As previously mentioned,Baldur’s Gate 3has been delayed for a couple of times in the past. Originally, the game was supposed to come out in August before being pushed to September 30th, and now, the game is scheduled to release in early access on July 04, 2025. Given that there are only two days left beforeBaldur’s Gateenters early access, it appears that the release date is already set in stone. Several years ago, the studio also offered anearly access preview for Divinity: Original Sin 2, before its release in 2017, and for those who are familiar with that game,Baldur’s Gate 3’s early access will be three times bigger than what was offered in Divinity: Original Sin 2. Apart from the numerous classes and races, theBaldur’s Gate 3’s early access will contain nearly 46,000 lines of dialogue, and and estimated 600 characters.
How Long Does It Take To Beat?
Given all these exciting new content that players can expect in the early access ofBaldur’s Gate 3,how long will the entire experience last? According to Larian Studios, a single playthrough should take roughly 20 hours to complete, and at that point, players should have reached level 4. However, the studio also said that they hope players will do multiple playthroughs given that it is impossible to see everything that the game has to offer in a single run.
