Jarburg might be the most relaxing place in all ofElden Ring. As the name suggests, it’s a village entirely populated by Living Jars and Warrior Jars who have hidden away from the rest of the world and want nothing more than to protect their fragile innards and plant flowers. Jarburg is tied to a fewElden Ringquestlines, so it’s an important stop to make at some point in a playthrough.

Lots of locations inElden Ringare hidden just out of sight, encouraging players to investigate every nook and cranny of the overworld to find them all. Jarburg is technicallyavailable pretty early inElden Ring, but it’s easier to get to if you’ve already spent some time in Liurnia of the Lakes.

Jarburg: The Coziest Place In The Lands Between

Jarburg is a town with no residents except for Living Jars who spend their days dancing adorably, laying in the grass, or growing rare flowers to bring some color to the cliffside retreat. Jarburg is agreat place to harvest crafting ingredientsand a few rare flowers likeMiquella’s Lily. Later in the game, Diallos will find his way to Jarburg and play an important role in the well-being of its people.

Iron Fist Alexander is originally from Jarburg, though he left tobecome a stronger Warriorlong ago and swore never to return. He didn’t do this out of malice or shame or anything like that, he just believes it doesn’t do anyone any good to linger on the past, especially when the “warrior’s path” is one that must be walked alone.

How To Get To Jarburg

Jerburg is found on the cliffs below theCarian Study Hall, though you can’t access it from the Site of Lost Grace of the same name. Instead, head to one of the Site of Lost Grace in southeast Liurnia and continue north towards the Carian Study Hall. Just to the south of this spot is a cliff which, if you look over carefully, has an outcropping that players can climb their way down to.

The drop is too far to survive normally, so look for jutting stones to scale instead. It’s best if you ride Torrent for the majority of this jumping puzzle, but be sure to completely let go of the thumbstick after jumping to stop Torrent in his tracks upon landing – for some sections, it can be easier to dismount Torrent briefly, like with vertical drops that Torrent might have a hard time getting to. Find your way down the cliffside, and look for the Site of Lost Grace towardsthe southern edge of Jarburg. Jar-Bairn will be sitting on a nearby stair kicking their legs in the air without a care.
