Fans who pre-order any edition ofDemon’s Soulwill also receive an exclusive weapon, the Reaper Scythe. The exclusive weapon is said to be able to take down many targets with a single blow but is more difficult to handle than other weapons. The scythe will require both strength and dexterity to use effectively.

Fans have expressed issues withnext-generation games likeDemon’s Soulsincreasing to $69.99, however, the increased price in games hasn’t effected all upcoming titles for next-generation consoles just yet. Now that popular franchises likeCall of DutyandNBA 2Khave increased the prices of its games, it would seem that all games will follow this trend sooner rather than later.
Demon’s Soulshad an impressive showing at PlayStation’s recent showcase for upcoming PlayStation 5 games. TheDemon’s Soulsremake from Bluepoint Games appears to be the next product from the studio as it attempts to faithfully recreate the game. However, some fans have been upset at the decision tochange the “YOU DIED” font in theDemon’s Soulsremake. According to fans, the new font feels out of place and too modern compared to the setting of the game.
To the surprise of many, theDemon’s Soulsremake was candidly announced as a launched title for the PlayStation 5. Strangely, the release date was not announced until after the recent PlayStation 5 Showcase, but it excited fans all the same.
