While the map in Shadow of the Erdtree is not as big as The Lands Between, it has more verticality. Players can easily miss out on a big explorable location by ignoring a cave or running past a body of water without checking out the corners. And this comes with the loss of some collectibles too. As a result, this guide has been updated with a video to help fans further in locating the Bloodfiend’s Sacre Spear.
Where To Get Bloodfiend’s Sacred Spear In Shadow Of The Erdtree
TheBloodfiend’s Sacred Spearis dropped by Bloodfiends wielding the weapon. A group of them can easily be found by traveling to theAncient Ruins Base Site of Grace and heading north. Along the left side of the valley will be a small pond with many Bloodfiends and a few dogs resting in the water.
Three of theBloodfiends are wielding the spear and have a fairly good chance of dropping the weapon. Players can easily travel back to the site of grace to respawn the Bloodfiends and farm this pond until they get the weapon. This weapon has a fairly high drop rate as opposed to most other monster drop items. For those wanting to be quick about the process, aSilver-Pickled Fowl Footcan be used to temporarily boost your item discovery and make obtaining this weapon even easier but will require players to firstfarm Four-Toed Fowl Feet.
This spear focuses heavily on building up bleed through its basic attacks and skill, making it anideal weapon for those with a high Arcane. While its base damage is decent, this weapon is at its best when the enemy isn’t resisting bleed. The unique skill is Bloodfiends' Bloodboon, and it acts very similar toMohgwyn’s Sacred Spear, except this skill offers more range.
Bloodfiend’s Bloodboon cantarget an enemy that is further away, causing an explosion with them at the centerwith multiple follow-ups available. This weapon excels at ranged combat, especially against groups, and also gives players the ability to further build up bleed on enemies that move away from your melee range. As this weapon has a unique skill, anAsh of War can’t be equippedon it.
