Among Ushas released a new teaser, and fans think it’s going to be aDestiny 2crossover. Earlier in February, developer Innersloth detailed its2023 roadmap forAmong Us, which mentioned that it’s coming out with new collaborations.
Originally released in 2018,Among Usis a social deduction game where Crewmates have to do tasks and determine who the Impostor is among their ranks. Likewise, Impostors need to get away with killing all Crewmates to win. It saw significant success at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic asmany Twitch streamers like Disguised Toastplayed it with their friends.

In the past,Among Ushas hadcrossovers with games likeFortniteandFall Guys, where players could don Crewmate skins and cosmetics in the games. This time,Among Usteased its newest collab via a Twitter photo showing silhouetted beans with the text “EYES UP, CREWMATE.” The tweet didn’t mention when the collab will be revealed and launched, but many players seem to be convinced that it could be aDestiny 2collab.
Many Twitter users claimed that the text in the photo could be a callback to “Eyes up, guardian,” a lineDestinyplayers hear at the start of the game.Among Usalso mentioned “fireteam” in its tweet, which could reference the six-man squads in the online FPS game. Some players who are familiar withDestiny 2also pointed out that they could see the outline of the armor. Meanwhile, a few players threw out ideas for futureAmong Uscrossovers, such as anUndertaleone featuring a Sans skin.
Before jumping into anAmong Usgame, players can customize their Crewmates' appearance by changing their color and letting them wear headpieces and clothing, and even downloading mods for more options. So, it would not be unusual to see the beans wearingdifferent variations ofDestiny 2armorand other cosmetics based on the Bungie title. It would also be interesting to see ifAmong Uswould double down on the crossover and come out with aDestiny-inspired map, especially since Innersloth also teased that it plans on releasing new maps this year as well.
